New Era Caps

This is an interview with Wayne Best, Senior Director for Sales & Marketing at New Era, that I saw on Hypebeast. He talks about how New Era got to where it is currently at in the marketplace. Apparently, it all snowballed from Spike Lee calling and requesting a red Yankees cap.
